Kelly's career has spanned the United States Air Force, where they progressed from a technician to senior leadership roles, and they are currently a Chief Cyber Solutions Architect at Deloitte. They are pursuing an Executive Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at Cornell University and hold an Associate of Science in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
