Eric Tsai

Eric (Jui-Yu) Tsai is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in Sales and Service Transformation. They previously held positions at Mercedes-Benz AG as a CRM Intern, where they managed project operations and coordinated system rollouts across European markets, and as a Master Thesis Student, conducting research on knowledge integration strategies. Eric also worked at Salesforce as a Student Consultant and contributed business research as a Junior Business Researcher at Pisacane Information Services GmbH. Eric holds dual Master’s degrees in International Management from CEMS and the University of Cologne, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from National Chengchi University.
