Erik van Dijk

Erik van Dijk is a Senior Manager in Executive Compensation at Deloitte, where they advise both large listed and non-listed Dutch and European companies on executive compensation matters, particularly within the Financial Services and FinTech sectors. Erik has experience in translating corporate strategy into remuneration policies, designing incentive schemes, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations. Prior to their current role, Erik held positions at Deloitte and Willis Towers Watson, and served as a student assistant at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Erik holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Master of Science (MS) in Finance, graduating Cum Laude, along with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the same institution.
