Eswar Manoj

Eswar Manoj is a CPA with extensive experience in audit and assurance, currently serving as an Audit Manager at Deloitte. They have specialized in audits of both listed and private US companies, with a focus on equity and stock-based compensation. Prior to this role, Eswar worked at Deloitte India as a Senior Audit Assistant and held various positions from Audit Assistant to Audit Senior. They completed an article assistantship at N G Rao & Associates from 2014 to 2017, further honing their expertise in auditing. Eswar is currently pursuing certification with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
