Etienne Bender

Etienne Bender is a Director at Deloitte since June 2011, specializing in the delivery of major business transformation programs with a focus on system-supported change for carriers and brokers, including a recent initiative for modernizing the London Market through a new Claims payment solution for the Future at Lloyd’s. Prior to Deloitte, Etienne served as a Project Manager at Willis from January 2007 to May 2011, leading the refresh of the European operating model and a significant business transformation program aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiencies. Etienne's career began at Marsh, where participation in a graduate program involved rotations in various business areas, including Aviation Broking and Business Analysis. Educational qualifications include dual MEng degrees in Aerospace Engineering with European Studies, obtained from the University of Southampton and Ecole nationale supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Constructions aéronautiques.
