Federico "Rico" Olvera is a seasoned Project Delivery Manager and former Navy Joint Interface Control Officer with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management. Prior to this role, Rico provided System Engineering Support at Tactical Engineering and Analysis, Inc. and served in various capacities within the US Navy, including as a Joint Interface Control Officer on the USS Carl Vinson, where they managed Multi-Tactical Data Link architectures for a fleet of ships and aircraft.
