Feoni Mehta is a Senior Executive in Leadership Learning and Development at Deloitte and a gold medalist in Applied Psychology from NMIMS, where they completed their Master’s degree. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and have extensive experience in corporate training, human resources, and content creation. As a certified POSH facilitator and an advocate for employee engagement and mental health awareness, Feoni designs programs that foster inclusive workplace cultures and drive organizational growth. Currently, they are self-employed as a freelance trainer, enhancing workplace effectiveness through impactful training initiatives.
