Flora Wan is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Partner at Deloitte, where they deliver comprehensive advisory services throughout the M&A cycle. With experience in leading large transactions and providing strategic advice, Flora has played crucial roles in hundreds of advisory and due diligence engagements. They hold a BComm from McGill University and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Concordia University. Additionally, Flora has been a founding partner of the Deloitte M&A Institute and contributed as a member of the Canadian Women in Private Equity from 2011 to 2013.
