Florian Brence has developed high-impact HR organizations and focused on the digitalization of HR on a global scale. They began their career as a project manager at ACT - Austrian Clean Technology from 2008 to 2010 and have since served as a Partner in HR Transformation at Deloitte Consulting since 2010. Florian is currently pursuing multiple degrees in Business Administration and Environmental System Sciences at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, as well as studying Business Administration at Concordia University.
