Frank O'Brien

Frank O'Brien is a Cyber Security Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they lead client engagement teams and facilitate various working groups focused on identity architecture and security controls. With nearly 16 years of experience supporting U.S. Federal Government clients, Frank previously served as a Cyber Security Consultant and Program Support Specialist at Deloitte and Tetra Tech AMT, respectively. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Providence College, where they also worked as a Peer Tutor in Economics and Logic. Frank has contributed significantly to the development of multiple guidance documents and tools within the Federal Information Security community.
