Fred Biney holds a BSc in Marketing and an MSc in Supply Chain Management. They served as National Service Personnel at the Ministry of Defence from 2006 to 2007 and have been a Procurement Manager at the Ministry of Health in Ghana since 2020. Fred spent 16 years as Head of Client Service at NBCL, where they focused on contract negotiations and key account management. Currently, they are an Independent Consultant at Deloitte and are pursuing further studies at Central University College.
