Gavin Needham is an Associate Partner in Indirect Tax at Deloitte in Saudi Arabia, where they lead the Jeddah Indirect Tax practice and provide advisory services. They previously served as a Director at EY’s Bahrain office, delivering VAT advisory services to various business sectors. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Senior Manager in Indirect Tax at BDO LLP and EY, and also worked with HM Customs & Excise as part of the VAT Enquiries Team. With extensive experience in VAT advisory across the GCC region, Gavin has contributed significantly to helping businesses prepare for VAT implementation.
