George Constantin

George Constantin is a seasoned energy and infrastructure leader specializing in strategy, capital projects, and organizational change. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte and a mentor with the World Energy Council, they have extensive experience advising global companies and public-sector institutions on initiatives exceeding €2B. Previously, George held managerial roles at EY and Romelectro, where they successfully led transformation programs and managed substantial infrastructure project pipelines. An alumnus of University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, George holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering.
