Gerrie Burger

Gerrie Burger is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the accounting and auditing fields. Currently serving as an Academic Tutor and Workshop Facilitator at CACLASSROOM, Gerrie is dedicated to helping CA Program candidates succeed. Previously, Gerrie held roles such as Senior Teaching CA and Module Leader at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, where they led various courses and focused on student support and performance. Gerrie has also contributed to the profession through roles at the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors, Accounting Standards Board, and as a consultant, leveraging their expertise in financial reporting and auditing standards. With a strong educational background, Gerrie has earned qualifications from prominent institutions including the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the University of Johannesburg.
