Gianluca Grassi

Gianluca Grassi is a Director in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where they assist corporate and private equity clients with the financial due diligence process and carve-out transactions. With a strong background in financial statements and analysis, Gianluca has developed expertise in evaluating cash-flow requirements and deal valuation. They have also lectured on the Due Diligence Process at LUISS Business School's Master in Business & Technology program. Gianluca holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and has completed extensive executive studies in private equity and auditing. Prior to their current role, Gianluca gained experience at KPMG Italy and Jaguar Land Rover Italia S.p.A.
