Girish Kumar

Girish Kumar is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the accounting and auditing sectors. Currently serving as a Director at Deloitte Australia since October 2017, Girish previously held the position of Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from June 2006 to October 2017, where responsibilities included conducting audits for the IIC (manufacturing sector) and TCE (Technology, Communication, and Entertainment) divisions in the Mumbai office, with a focus on diversified industrial products. Prior to that, Girish progressed through various roles at Ernst & Young, starting as an Executive and achieving the title of Manager. Educationally, Girish is currently pursuing a Chartered Accountant designation through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, having previously earned the ACA in Finance and Accounts from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola College. Early education was completed at Bishop Cottons Boys School.
