Hamish Clark

Hamish Clark is currently a Director at Deloitte, where they serve as the Transfer Pricing Lead for Southeast Asia in the Energy, Resources & Industrials sector. They previously held the position of Tax Director in Transfer Pricing at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. from 2018 to 2021, and worked as a Senior Transfer Pricing Advisor at Shell from 2012 to 2018. Prior to these roles, Hamish was a Transfer Pricing Tax Associate at JP Morgan and a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. They earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 2005.
