Hapca Ileana is a Senior Consultant with a strong focus on innovation, leadership, and organizational development. Over the past three years, they have accumulated experience in B2B sales, organizational transformation, team management, and strategy analysis, demonstrating their capability to lead diverse teams of more than 40 individuals in multicultural settings. Previously, they held various leadership roles in AIESEC, including President at the University of Bucharest and Vice President Incoming Global Entrepreneur & Talent, where they drove strategic initiatives and facilitated partnerships. Hapca has completed degrees in Political Science and Sociology, as well as an Associate Degree in Entrepreneurship, and most recently finished a Fast Track Management Program in Business Administration.
