Harry W. has over 20 years of experience advising both private sector and public federal agencies, specializing in cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management (IAM). They held various leadership roles, including Risk Advisory Director at Deloitte China and Senior Manager at PwC, where they led the IAM practice for China and Hong Kong. Harry managed multi-year project engagements for numerous US Federal Agencies and Global 500 clients, focusing on cybersecurity strategies and executive orders promoting information sharing. Currently, Harry is pursuing degrees at both National Taiwan Normal University and Vanderbilt University.
