Heather Walker

Heather Walker has over two decades of experience in program management, business development, and strategic planning within the defense and consulting sectors. As a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, responsibilities included managing a $100M line of business and leading a diverse team across several locations while focusing on growth and collaboration in various functional areas. Prior roles involved providing senior consulting and advisory support for Navy programs, including acquisition and financial management across complex systems. Heather's experience as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, along with leadership positions in professional organizations such as the Charleston Defense Contractors Association, complements current work as a Managing Director at Deloitte, specializing in cyber security services for government clients. Education was completed with a B.S. in International Business from Villanova University.
