Héctor Flórez

Héctor Flórez has extensive experience in consulting, particularly within the banking sector. Beginning a career at Arthur Andersen as a strategic consultant for banks from September 1989 to March 2001, Héctor Flórez later joined Deloitte, where key roles included Consulting Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer. Since June 2022, Héctor Flórez has served as CEO of Deloitte Spain and has been a member of both the Deloitte Spain Executive Committee and the Executive Committee of Deloitte Global. This leadership role follows a period during which Héctor Flórez was instrumental in the restructuring of the Spanish banking industry and the launch of Monitor Deloitte in Spain. Educational background includes a program from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in 1999.
