Helmut Brechtken

Helmut Brechtken is a Partner at Deloitte Deutschland, leading the Cyber Defense & Resilience team in Digital Forensic Incident Response (DFIR) since 2021. Previously, they held roles such as Partner at Warth & Klein Grant Thornton AG and Director of eDiscovery & IT-Forensics at it.sec GmbH & Co. KG. Their extensive experience includes a focus on cyber incident response, forensic investigation, and compliance with data protection regulations, garnered from a career spanning over two decades in various leading firms, including KPMG AG and Evonik Degussa. Helmut holds a Master of Science in Physics from Universität Würzburg.
