Hoa Phan is an HR Business Partner at Deloitte, where they provide day-to-day support on recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement for over 200 employees across Vietnam and the Philippines. With more than 12 years of experience in HR, Hoa has worked in industries such as consulting, healthcare, and supply chain. They began their career as an HR Management Trainee at DHL Supply Chain, later serving as a Senior HR Officer at Mega LifeSciences. Hoa holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University. Passionate about people and growth, Hoa continues to advocate for meaningful work within the HR community.
