Ina Kylander

Ina Kylander is a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation at Deloitte, where they leverage their expertise in human capital consulting. Previously, Ina worked as a Team Assistant at IMMOFINANZ and briefly held a position in HR Administration at Münzer Bioindustrie GmbH. Ina began their academic journey at Tourismusschulen MODUL, obtaining a diploma in Hotel and Gastronomiemanagement, followed by a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien). Ina further pursued a Master's in Business and Organizational Psychology from Donau-Universität Krems, and is currently enrolled in a Psychotherapeutic program at pro mente Akademie.
