Ioana Boca

Ioana (Cretu) Boca is an experienced finance professional specializing in M&A transaction services, with a career spanning over a decade. Ioana began as a Junior Auditor at PwC Italy and progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming a Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte Romania and later a Manager at Deloitte UK. Ioana has been involved in extensive due diligence assignments and restructuring projects, amassing over 60 assignments throughout the career. Currently, Ioana serves as Director of Transactions at Deloitte. Educational qualifications include an Affiliate member of ACCA and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Academia de Studii Economice din București, alongside completing Level I of the CFA program.
