Iryna Baranenko is the head of IT Portfolio and PMO at Deloitte Belgium and co-founder of Portfoleon. With over 20 years of experience in IT and software development, Iryna has held various roles including business analyst, project manager, and portfolio manager, successfully implementing solutions across multiple sectors, including public services and finance. Currently, Iryna leads the IT Transformation Program at Ypto/NMBS, focusing on governance, project management, and operational efficiency. Iryna also assists organizations in optimizing their project portfolio management with the automation tools developed by Portfoleon. Iryna holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
