Izzy Hare

Izzy Hare is a leader in Wellbeing for Technology and Transformation at Deloitte in the UK, where they develop and implement strategies that foster employee well-being and high performance. They began their career at Deloitte as a graduate analyst in Technology Consulting and progressed to a Systems Engineering Senior Consultant, managing large-scale projects in various sectors. Prior to Deloitte, Izzy held roles in business development and consultancy, including positions at Multiverse and Experienced Management Consultants Ltd. Izzy earned a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Bath and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from The University of Sheffield.
