Jai Joshi

Jai Joshi is a Partner in Deloitte Tax, specializing in U.S. M&A and Investment Management Tax. With over 13 years of experience, Jai has held significant roles at KPMG US and Ernst & Young, where they managed corporate tax due diligence and compliance projects for private equity and other financial institutions. Currently, Jai leads U.S. M&A and U.S. Private Equity Tax at Deloitte, following their tenure as Senior Manager and Manager in the same field. Jai holds a Master's Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from York University.
