Jan Guldmand

Jan Guldmand is an Equity Partner in International Tax at Deloitte Danmark, bringing over 15 years of experience in group taxation, international taxation, and restructuring. Previously, Jan served as a Tax Partner and Head of Tax in both Aalborg and Midt- og Nordjylland at Deloitte Denmark. Jan has authored numerous books and articles on topics including international taxation and EU tax law, showcasing a strong expertise in complex tax planning and restructuring assignments. Jan earned a degree in HA, cand.merc.aud from Aarhus Universitet and is a State Authorised Public Accountant from Erhvervsministeriet.
