Jan Spacek

Jan Spacek is a Senior Manager at Deloitte with over 15 years of experience in project management, specializing in complex system implementation and business change projects. They have delivered more than 30 small-scale projects and overseen over 6 large-scale projects across various financial institutions, drawing on experience from corporate, consulting, and startup environments. Jan previously served as a Manager at Syncordis, coordinating critical cutover activities for a major banking system transition, and held positions as a Senior Project Manager at Home Credit China and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Luxembourg. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at The University of Economics in Prague.
