Jane Lees is a Director in Infrastructure & Real Estate at Deloitte, where they provide valuation and advisory services for alternative asset classes. With over 25 years of experience as a RICS qualified valuer, Jane previously served as Executive Director and Head of the EMEA Hotels Valuation Team at CBRE Hotels, as well as Director of the Healthcare Valuation Team at Colliers International UK plc. Their career began as an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong, focusing on complex mixed-use developments. Jane is committed to mentoring future professionals in the industry while advocating for diversity in hospitality. They are currently pursuing a degree in Estate Management with a focus on Commercial Property at South Bank University.
