Jay Perry

Jay Perry is a Partner and the Chief Quality & Risk Officer at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they have worked since 1993. With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Jay leads the National Tax Quality Assurance Group and is responsible for quality assurance, risk management, and professional practice matters. Jay also serves on the US Tax Executive Leadership Team, the US Tax Board as Vice Chair, and the Board of Directors for Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited. They hold a master’s degree in taxation from American University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska. Jay is a Certified Public Accountant in the District of Columbia and Nebraska.
