Jaydeep B.

Jaydeep B. is passionate about driving digital, behavioral, and cultural change transformations. They completed the Teach First Leadership Development Programme and served as a committee member for the Teach First West Midlands Teacher Network. As a participant in UpRising Leadership, Jaydeep successfully launched an online campaign focused on mental health conversations. They gained experience in change management with Deloitte, where they held roles as a Human Capital Consultant and Senior Consultant. Jaydeep earned a BSc in Neuroscience from Cardiff University and a postgraduate degree from Birmingham City University.
