Jerrin Cherian is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, currently leveraging around 12 years of experience in web content management, Ecommerce operations, digital marketing, IT application support, and customer experience. Jerrin has contributed to critical marketing events across the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions, efficiently managing promotional and product launches. Previously, Jerrin held roles in customer service and technical support at RR Donnelley, Dell, and Unisys, where they developed strong stakeholder communication and team management skills. Jerrin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Computer Applications from the University of Kerala and Marthoma College of Science & Technology.
