Jess Overman

Jess Overman, MPH, has extensive experience in strategy and operations with a focus on workforce wellbeing and organizational effectiveness. They have led initiatives at Deloitte that enhanced employee engagement and organizational performance while emphasizing mental health and inclusion as critical components of business success. Jess has also held roles at various organizations, including Mb Staffing Services LLC, the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and Adventist HealthCare, where they developed skills in talent management, communications, and advocacy. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Maryland College Park.
