Joe Patching is a former international athlete who swam competitively for Great Britain from January 2010 to June 2017. Following an athletic career, Joe transitioned to a consulting role at Deloitte UK from June 2015 to August 2020, holding positions from Consultant to Senior Manager in Risk Advisory, where responsibilities included SOx compliance and control framework reviews.
