Joel Croft has a diverse background in management and technical support, with experience dating back to 2006. As Scheduling & Payroll Supervisor at American University, Joel improved scheduling and payroll processes through web portal development and implemented an incentive program to reduce absenteeism. In leadership roles at the Student Advocacy Center, Joel enhanced office procedures and training programs while managing a team of student volunteers. Currently, as Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Joel evaluates technologies and authors implementation procedures, building on previous experience as an IT Analyst Intern at New Signature and an IT Intern at AIG Advisor Group, where Joel focused on system design and campaign implementation.
