John Gower

John Gower is the National Lead Partner of Deloitte’s Workday practice, overseeing successful implementations of Workday solutions across various HR, Finance, and Payroll functions. With over 20 years of experience in the ERP and Cloud sectors, John has collaborated with clients in Financial Services, Higher Education, the Public Sector, and Industrials. They previously held key roles at Lehman Brothers, PwC, and IBM Australia, among others, and led ANZ's global HR transformation program, standardizing processes across 32 countries. John earned a B.Bus in Accountancy from QUT and holds a Diploma of HR from Monash University.
