John Rampulla

John Rampulla is a transformation-focused leader with over 21 years of advisory and implementation experience in the Government and Public Services practice at Deloitte Consulting. Currently serving as a Managing Director, John leads strategic advisory and transformation projects, enhancing stakeholder engagement and organizational effectiveness for various state government and higher education clients. With a strong background as a retired Judge Advocate officer in the United States Army Reserve, John provided legal counsel and guidance during 23 years of service. John holds both a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and an MPA from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
