John Tweardy

John Tweardy serves as the Global Managing Partner for Deloitte's Sports & Major Events Practice, leading a team of over 1,800 professionals across 40 countries and driving a $500 million business that enhances the relationship between sports and technology. With over 25 years of experience in business and IT strategy, John has held various leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer and Strategy and Operations Cloud Leader, significantly contributing to Deloitte's growth and innovation. They began their career at IBM, managing large-scale transformation programs, and later transitioned to Deloitte, where they have been pivotal in developing and executing technology strategies. John holds a Master's degree in Communications from PennWest Clarion University.
