John van Loon

John van Loon is a software engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering Director at Deloitte, where they lead the engineering efforts within Digital Risk Solutions. John has a strong foundation in software development, with extensive experience in .NET and a preference for F#. They have previously held roles as an ICT Architect at Silver Arrows and as an IT Employee at Brakel Atmos. John began their career at Deloitte as a Stagiair before progressing to Software Engineer and Senior Engineering Lead. They earned a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2009.
