Jonatan Malis

Jonatan Malis, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with a strong background in cognitive science and linguistics, holding bachelor's degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. Malis has extensive research experience, including a role as a Research Associate at the University of California, Berkeley, and as a Neurobiology Doctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute of Neurobiology, culminating in a Ph.D. in Computational Neuroscience from the Graduate School of Systemic Neurosciences at LMU Munich. Following a postdoctoral position at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Intelligence, Malis transitioned to industry, serving as Chapter Lead and Data Scientist at xValue GmbH, and currently as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where leadership includes delivering AI solutions and developing machine learning systems. In addition, Malis has demonstrated exceptional artistry as a principal dancer and guest artist with BERKELEY BALLET THEATRE INC.
