Joy Fleming has extensive experience in tax management, having held various managerial roles at notable companies including Baker Tilly, KPMG, and EY. Between 2016 and 2018, Joy served as the Funds Tax Manager at Standard Life and later became the Head of Tax EMEA at Citi from 2019 to 2025. Currently, Joy is the IM&R Financial Investors Tax Director at Deloitte, where they focus on advising financial investors and corporates on investment management and reporting. Joy earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Aberdeen in 1991.
