Junlei Chen

Junlei Chen is a Data Science Consulting Manager at Deloitte, with over 12 years of experience in data science and more than 5 years in management. They previously worked as a Data Scientist at IBM, where they designed machine learning models for the retail industry and provided data science lectures at universities. Junlei also served as a Data Science Technical Manager at HCL Technologies, leading teams and overseeing project performance. Prior to that, they were an Optimization Scientist at IBM DemandTec Solutions, focusing on optimization code development for SaaS products.
