Justin Dashney, MBA, CAPM, is a senior leader in People Operations with over four years of experience managing enterprise-scale HR operations, systems, and analytics across Canada and India. Currently, Justin leads a team of analysts at Deloitte, overseeing the people analytics and data reporting strategy while developing models to enhance future HR systems. As an MBA candidate at the University of Fredericton, class of 2023, Justin is also teaching a part-time course in People Analytics at York University. Previously, Justin served as a Senior Manager for Talent Operations at Deloitte Canada, where substantial improvements in delivery and cost were achieved.
