Karan Bawa has extensive experience in human resources and rewards consulting, beginning as an Associate Consultant - Rewards at Korn Ferry from May 2016 to May 2017. Following this role, Karan served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. from May 2017 to August 2020 and then as Lead – Rewards and Analytics at JWIL INFRA LIMITED from January 2021 to March 2022.
