Karen Cuschieri

Karen Cuschieri is a Director of Technology, Strategy & Transformation at Deloitte, with extensive experience in program management and business transformation. They began their career as a Software Developer at Crimsonwing, later taking on roles at various organizations, including Edge Business Consultancy and Idox Health, where they held positions such as Director of Programme Management Office and Customer Delivery Director. Their educational background includes a BSc in Business & Computing from L-Università ta' Malta. Since joining Deloitte in 2019, they have focused on leading innovative technology strategies and transformation initiatives.
