Kate Rahman

Kate Rahman possesses extensive experience in human capital consulting, having held various positions at Deloitte, including Chief of Staff for Talent Transformation and several managerial roles in Human Capital Consulting. Prior to Deloitte, Kate worked as a Senior Consultant at HR Solutions, Inc., and as a Personnel Psychologist at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Earlier roles include Associate Consultant at Right Management and Graduate Assistant at the University of Baltimore. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University.
