Katy Howell is a dynamic public health professional with 8 years of experience engaging stakeholders in efforts focused on maternal and child health, health equity, and social inclusion. Currently serving as a Strategy & Analytics Senior Consultant at Deloitte, Katy leads the international development practice team dedicated to gender identity and social inclusion. Previously, Katy managed USAID programs and contributed to mixed-methods research at Emory University, driving impactful changes in women’s health initiatives. Holding a Master of Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Macalester College, Katy's commitment to improving access to affordable healthcare and housing is evident in their extensive work and research contributions.
