Kendra Simpson

Kendra Simpson is a tax senior manager in Passthroughs at Deloitte Washington National Tax. They previously served as a tax associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and hold a JD from New York University. Kendra completed a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Basis of Disease at the University of Virginia, where their research focused on the role of Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor (MIF) in tumor growth and metastasis. They also worked as a mentor recruitment coordinator for the STEM Valley Mentoring Coalition and have experience in both editorial and research roles in scientific publishing. Kendra earned a BS in Chemistry from North Carolina State University.
